Take a walk on the wild side at the Manatee Center's 22nd Annual NatureFest celebration! This educational environmental festival features many exhibitors that showcase the Treasure Coast's wildlife, natural resources and Florida's great outdoors!

Non-stop activities will be offered throughout the day including wildlife exhibits, touch tank demonstrations, games, crafts, mural painting, and appearances by the Center's mascot 'Moe, the Manatee'. Enjoy special presentations and book signings. Bring your friends to learn about the environment while having fun and enjoying delicious food!

Other exhibits at the Manatee Center include five aquariums with live animals from habitats such as reefs, sand flats and freshwater ecosystems. Visit the Vanishing Mermaid Gift Shop to find hundreds of nature-related items including jewelry, books, tee shirts, toys, accessories and home decor. Look for specials that are only available during NatureFest

Festivities will be located inside the building and outside on the grounds surrounding Manatee Center, 480 N Indian River Drive in historic downtown Fort Pierce. For additional information please call the Manatee Center, 772-429-6266 or the Vanishing Mermaid Gift Shop at 772-429-6267.
