THIS PROGRAM CONTAINS LIVE BATS. Bats have long been associated with 

demons and disease, and have often been viewed as harbingers of death. But nothing could be farther from the truth; this program exposes the myths, misconceptions, and folklore that have plagued bats for centuries and reveals the amazing facts about these important flying mammals. Discussion includes lifestyle, species diversity, environmental and economic services, and conservation status. The program runs approximately 45 minutes and is followed by a question and answer period. Live Florida bats will be displayed.
